Preschool Yoga
Join Kidding Around Yoga instructor Sheila Blake for yoga poses with fun active storytelling and creative movement. Limit 24. Come to the Youth Desk for a free ticket the morning of the program. Please bring mats if you wish.
Laughter Yoga requires no mats or poses and instead emphasizes, you guessed it, laughter! It also includes stretching, deep breathing, clapping and you can sit or stand! This class will leave you glowing long after it has ended.
