Isha Kriya is a simple 12-18 minute practice to help you become effortlessly meditative. It does not require previous experience with meditation, and each one hour session is designed for beginners and can be done sitting in a chair.
Teens will select issues of importance to them and help create a list of contemporary works which explore the issues they select.
