Ages 5-9. Fun to Be Fit Kids instructor Adrianne Pezzella leads an active hour of musical movement with exercise and dance. Limit 50. Come to the Youth Desk starting one hour ahead to pick up a free ticket.

Ages 14-18. First apply online at www.scgov.net/library under “Get Involved.”  Attend this orientation to get your training for volunteer hours. Meet in the Children's Department.

Looking for something a little more advanced than basic Spanish lessons? Every Monday from 3:30-5, join an open group of intermediate Spanish speakers for a small discussion-oriented lecture.

Children are invited to read with certified pet therapy dogs. This program encourages conversation and develops reading and communication skills. The dogs love the attention and the kids love the interactions.
