Join a lively book club for inspiring conversations! Cirque D' Book meets on the fourth Monday of most months. A different book title is chosen every month to explore. Registration is not required.

A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to help people learn practical strategies to manage falls and increase physical activity levels. 

Participants will learn:

Join Kelly Ward from the Florida Department of Health in this neuroscience researched-based workshop to learn how to fuel and activate your brain for optimal performance throughout all life stages. 

Artist Barbara Gerdeman, as part of the Artists in the Libraries, will guide program participants in using matte medium to collage strips of old book pages onto 5" x 7" canvases.

Need motivation to recharge your routine and reconnect with your body?

A representative from All Faiths Food Bank will be available to help with your SNAP application.
