On the first and third Tuesday of each month, the Pop-Up will be at Longboat Key with books for all ages. Swing by to sign up for a library card and read a book by the beach! 

For mobile babies to 5 years old.

Join world adventurer, Jane Mahler, for a lecture exploring Amboseli National Park, Kenya, and Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda. Amboseli National Park has the most elephants of all the parks in Kenya, including some of the oldest.

Come join us for a fun time of stories, music and movement. We will read a featured book and do some fun activities.

It is geared for ages 3-5 but all are welcome.

Exciting stories, activities, a small craft, and socialization with different themes each week. Sometimes even a puppet show!

Crafts may take longer for some children. Recommended for children 3-5, but all ages are welcome as needed!

This summer lunch program is sponsored by the Sarasota County School District. Free lunches are available for anyone up to age 18 in the Juliano room on weekdays.

Calling all families with readers! Our dog friends from the Suncoast Humane Society are returning to the Jacaranda Library, and they want you to read to them!

Pedal to the metal! Learn to thread the sewing machine and make simple drawstring bags with cool fabric. Registration is required for this teen program.
