Program Description
Details
The Other Europe will present a short film and slide presentation introducing the topic of Ukraine. Speakers with families in Ukraine will share information on what is happening on the ground. Polish speakers will share information about the effort undertaken to help Ukrainian refugees in Poland as 500,000 refugees have entered Poland within the last two weeks. A panel of speakers will address broader political, cultural, and social issues connected to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A Q and A session will follow the presentation.
