Join Gail Pettit M.S. L.D.O Certified Instructor as she conducts a Tai Chi EasyTM.
Tai Chi Easy TM is a simple, yet effective, way of balancing your mind and body. It an be practiced seated or standing. Clear your mind, find inner peace, and strengthen your body all at the same time!
Limited Seating. Registration is required for each class. Ages 18+
