Details

Drop-in arts and crafts with a splash of science! All programs are free and recommended for ages 6 and  up. Children under 8 years old may require parent or caregiver assistance at some programs. Families and adults attending independently are all welcome.

Thursdays from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Sept. 13: 3D Doodle Pens! Pens provided on a first come, first served basis. Strictly 6 and up!

Sept: 20: Shiny, sparkly lanterns and lamp shades

Sept. 27: Professional artist, Judy Levine, presents “Stand-up, Pop-up Portraits”

Oct. 4: Illustration and comics with professional illustrator, Frank Remkiewicz

Oct. 11: Scrapbooking

Oct. 18: Paper gardens: begin your journey to become a master paper gardener

Oct. 25: Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) masks with professional artist, Judy Levine

Nov. 1: Paint Party

Nov. 8: Decoupage wooden boxes

Nov. 15: Ethiopian Cooking

Nov. 29: Beaded bracelets and key chains

Dec. 6: Illustration and comics with Frank Remkiewicz: make your own funny holiday cards

Dec. 13: Holiday craft medley: make gift wrap, ornaments and more

Winter Specials

Saturday, Dec. 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Make snow globes with Sculpey clay creations. Bonus: Attend a 3D printing calss in the Creation Station at least one week in advance to make a 3D printed item for your snow globe.

Friday, Dec. 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Make your own journal or planner book for the new year. Advanced book binding techniques for teens and adults will be available upstairs in the Creation Station. Simple projects and decorative items will be in the youth program for all to enjoy.
