Upload your completed film to your site of choice (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, etc.) and email the link to jcruz@scgov.net.
ALL VIDEOS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS BY OCTOBER 23RD IN ORDER TO FULLY ENTER THE CONTEST.
Judging will take place from October 24th-29th. The winner will be announced on October 30th. All submitted videos are available for viewing HERE.
