Join us for a free show for all ages on the grounds of Shannon Staub Library and the Suncoast Technical College! Florida Studio Theatre presents On The Road Again: A Family Musical Road Trip, a cabaret style performance that will take families on a musical road trip around the USA with songs like Deep in the Heart of Texas, She’ll be Comin’ Round the Mountain, Sweet Home Chicago, and Uptown Funk. Actors will use music to explore the beautiful diversity of our country and celebrate the uniting principals that bring us all together. This performance is phase one of a larger project Florida Studio Theatre is launching called The People’s Project. This project aims to blur the line of artist and audience, take theatre to the people, and create a collaborative artistic experience for the public with professionals.
Seating will not be provided for the audience. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets as needed!
