This is a rescheduled event due to the cancellation of the 12/6 session. If you registered for 12/6, unfortunately registrations do not carry over, you will need to register for this session separately.
Chair Yoga with Didi McKay! From the instructor: "As a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach, I integrate balance, strengthening, lengthening/stretch, and breathwork/pranayama into my mat and chair yoga classes. In a heart-centered and fun practice, we move our bodies to gain functionality in everyday life, so that reaching, bending, and getting up from chairs or the floor is maintained for quality of life. We also touch on yogic philosophy and some of the Sanscrit terms and theories of mind-body connection and peace."
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in.
