Program Description

Everything we do begins in the brain. In this neuroscience research-based presentation, you will learn about the type of fuel the brain needs for optimal function throughout the day, the different parts of the brain, the function of each area and unique ways to activate the brain.

This workshops explains the sensory systems involved in balance and why it is so important to activate these senses for your best daily performance. You will learn about the area of the brain responsible for the ABCs of Movement (Accuracy, Balance and Coordination) and how to train it for better movement.

Neuroplasticity is the science of hope. Join Z-Health Practitioner, Coach Kelly, in this informative workshop and discover how to train the two things you don’t want to lose as you get older: your brains and your balance.
