The Off The Page event with Chef Edward Lee, will take place in the Suncoast Technical College connected to Shannon Staub Library.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the program will begin at 6 p.m.

Reservations are not necessary for this program.

Books will be available for purchase and Chef Edward Lee will be signing copies immediately following the program.

 

Chef Edward Lee is a chef, author and restaurateur. His restaurants include 610 Magnolia, Nami and Succotash. His television credits include hosting The Mind of a Chef, a judge on Top Chef and a feature film called Fermented. He is a James Beard Award recipient for writing and for his Humanitarian work. He is the author of three award winning books, Smoke & Pickles, Buttermilk Graffiti and Bourbon Land.

The Off the Page literary celebration, hosted by Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources, features bestselling authors, writing workshops, book signings, and more during the month of November. All Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources locations participate. Events are also held at partner locations like Ringling College of Art and Design, The Hermitage Artist Retreat and Venice Performing Arts Center.
