The New Paradigm: Lessons Learned from the Pandemic

Join us on Zoom to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the passage of the ADA as we discuss lessons that we have learned about mental health from the pandemic. This is our opportunity to create a new paradigm. We will take stock of where we are and where we need to go as a community to be better stewards of our own mental health and the collective mental health of the community.  We will also discuss the mental health benefits of getting out into nature.
