Program Description
Details
This is a take home craft that you can bring back to the North Port Public Library on July 21st to be put on display in our glass case through August! Register here to reserve your canvas. Pick up your mini canvas and a small acrylic paint set at the front desk.
To participate in the Art Show:
- You choose the subject of your artwork, but it must be Family Friendly
- Use the painting materials provided or any you may have at home.
- Please Do Not use any canvas other than the one provided. Do Not frame your canvas.
- Please put your name and age group on the back of the canvas.
- Draw an arrow on the back of the canvas to indicate the orientation (i.e. This Side Up).
- If you would like to, on a separate piece of paper, write a short paragraph about what inspired you.
- Bring your finished artwork to the library by Friday, July 21st.
- Artwork will be on display in the Glass Display Cases for the Month of August.
- If you wish to keep your artwork after the show, please pick it up by Friday, September 8, 2023.
