Details

Self-care and maintenance will be enhanced through meditation, guided imagery and breathing techniques. In a fast-paced world of stressors, people can use this time to quiet down and find their individual "centers" in this relaxing and enjoyable session led by an experienced guide and yogi. 

Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring a yoga mat to sit on.
