Author Charles Sobczak explores how humans can avoid putting themselves in harm's way and explains how statistically unlikely it is to be attacked by any one of these creatures.  He will also delve into the difference between New World and Old World predators, and the evolutionary forces which drive this divergence.  Sponsored by the Friends of Elsie Quirk Library.

Seating is available on a first come first served basis and will be permitted 15 minutes prior to the program start time.
