Not only that, with more than 50 documented health benefits of practicing LAUGHTER YOGA, an exercise of the lungs and your whole body, with no yoga poses, mats or sweating involved, there is no reason not to give this a whirl!

You can stand or sit as we run through vocal exercises that mimic laughter...and before you know it, YOU will be laughing in earnest!
