Have some fun in this interactive Laughter Yoga session with Cathy Grippi. Laughter Yoga is a wellness practice that can be experienced standing, sitting or even laying down - there are no yoga mats involved! All ages can benefit from this fun and uplifting combination of laughing, singing, movement and guided meditation.
