Done seated or standing, a typical Laughter Yoga session starts with a gentle warm up which includes gentle body movement, stretching and clapping. Breathing exercises are used to prepare the lungs for laughter, followed by a series of laughter exercises. These exercises, when done with others, leads to prolonged and hearty unconditional laughter. We end the session with a gentle cool down and a guided meditation to set the energy created.

Laughter Yoga allows you to achieve hearty laughter without involving cognitive thought. It bypasses the intellectual systems that normally act as a brake on natural laughter.
