This program will introduce participants to the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis. We will review statistics, terminology, and common characteristics of ASD, with the goal of spreading autism awareness and acceptance. Participants will also learn about the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) and their services available to individuals on the spectrum.
