The core muscles train the pelvis, low back, hips and abdominals to work in harmony. A strong core helps create effective, efficient and coordinated movement, decreases your risk for injury and improves balance.

In this lecture I will discuss how to create spinal stability from the inside out by incorporating some easy stretching and strengthening exercises.
