Health in Motion: Body Mass Index & Blood Pressure Screening

The Health in Motion team from the Florida Department of Health provides free and low‑cost public health services. Individuals who need follow‑up medical care are referred to a primary health care provider. No appointment is needed. Nurse consultations and many services are offered at no cost.
