Details

Drop in for arts and crafts that the whole family can enjoy. Most projects take about 30-60 minutes to complete. Materials are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Recommended for ages 6-106; children under 8 may require assistance from an adult.

Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Sept. 12: Weave on a CD to make circular patterns inspired by African designs.

Sept. 19: Explore the European art of paper quilling.

Sept. 26: Peek at a variety of bookbinding methods and make your own simple version.

Oct. 3: Join guest artist, Ellen Goldberg to make a patterned Ugandan bowl.

Oct. 10: Sew a stuffed felt monster in Kawaii style: the Japanese culture of being CUTE!

Oct. 17: Paint and decorate a mini pumpkin for a North American Halloween.  

Oct. 24: Decorate a small pot and create a succulent garden for Dia de los Muertos.

Nov. 7: Join guest artist, Judy Levine to design a part of a community totem pole.

Nov. 14: Make a found-object wall hanging inspired by Australian aboriginal art.

Nov. 21 Learn about traditional European Coats of Arms and design your own.

Saturdays from 2-4 p.m.
