Details
Show off your best costume and assume the role. Real person or fictional character. Children will be judged on the personality of the performance as well as the accuracy to the character described. Teens and adults will also be judged on the amount of personal work put into the costume, make up, performance, etc. Only on Free Comic Book Day (FCBD).
