Details

Getting fit should be fun! With great music, your facilitator will UNITE everyone in a simple movement or rhythm but you get to dance it in your own UNIQUE way. Bring a towel, a yoga mat, and water. This is mostly a standing program but it can be modified for those who need to be seated. Chairs will be made available upon request.
