Chair Yoga with Didi McKay!

From the instructor: "As a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach, I integrate balance, strengthening, lengthening/stretch, and breathwork/pranayama into my mat and chair yoga classes. In a heart-centered and fun practice, we move our bodies to gain functionality in everyday life, so that reaching, bending, and getting up from chairs or the floor is maintained for quality of life. We also touch on yogic philosophy and some of the Sanscrit terms and theories of mind-body connection and peace."

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in. Space is limited, please register for each class you would like to attend.
