CHINA PATTERNS

China Patterns is a collaborative new play written by nationally-known Mark Twain Interpreter Alan Kitty and Theater Scholar Louise Stinespring. It is a story of betrayal and redemption that threatens the remnants of an old dysfunctional family, destroys a lifelong friendship, and forces revelation of a closely held secret.

ALAN KITTY

Over the years, Alan Kitty has performed his popular one-man show as Mark Twain, and presented his lecture series on Twain’s work, life and times. On Thursday, April 7, he will narrate a ZOOM reading by four nationally known actors of his newest full length play, CHINA PATTERNS. A Q&A with the playwright and actors will follow the performance.
