Join Kelly Ward from the Florida Department of Health in this neuroscience researched-based workshop.

In this dynamic educational workshop, participants will learn:

  • The primary functions of the brain
  • The types of fuel the brain needs for optimal function
  • How to activate the part of the brain responsible for accuracy, balance and coordination
  • Unique ways to activate the four lobes of the brain
