Join us for an inspiring discussion of the 2022 One Book One Community selection, "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind" by William Kamkwamba.
William Kamkwamba’s true story illustrates the power of one person’s ability to overcome adversity and bring hope to his community through perseverance. Using scrap metal, tractor parts and bicycle pieces, he embarked upon his quest to build a windmill, bringing electricity and running water to his small village in Malawi.
Registration is required and limited to 10 participants.
