Tanabata, or the Star Festival, celebrates love between two stars separated by the Milky Way. People make wishes for the future on July 7. This year, the event will fall on August 10 in Japan.
Join us in the teen room for a delightful crafting session where we’ll create our own paper stars! Learn the art of origami as we fold colorful paper strips into adorable 3D stars. You can also personalize your stars by writing wishes, affirmations, or messages on each one. By the end of the session, you’ll have a charming jar filled with twinkling stars to brighten up any space. ✨
Registration is required. Recommended for tweens and teens.
