Lecturer, Baila Miller will present a program on the artist Dale Chihuly. Tacoma, Washington's Dale Chihuly is known the world over as one of the most successful glass designers and entrepreneurs. His works are considered unique in the field of blown glass. His vision of “what glass can be” has changed the medium into a world-class art form in which Objet d'art moved from the curio cabinet into the realm of large-scale sculpture and Land Art.
