Please join us for an author talk with Ben Montgomery on his new book, A Shot in the Moonlight: How a Freed Slave and a Confederate Soldier Fought for Justice in the Jim Crow South. This sensational true story is about George Dinning, a freed slave, who in 1899 joined forces with a Confederate war hero in search of justice in the Jim Crow south. 

This virtual program will be hosted in Zoom. Once you register you will be sent a confirmation email with information about using Zoom and you will also receive the Meeting ID and password.
